Starbucks, SeaTac Airport

This mural was insprired by the view you see from the airplane window as you are flying into Seattle: mountains all around, water everywhere, and a beautiful city skyline. The grid lines in the design represent a map in perspective, locating the original Starbucks store in Pike Place Market, and the Roastery on Capitol Hill. It was an honor working with Starbucks because they have a huge international following, and they are also a beloved Seattle icon. I actually drink Starbucks coffee every morning, using the pour over technique with their Verona blend.
